For Insured Customers

Few requirements to medical care provided for insured patients:

1. National Research Center for Maternal and Child Health serves patients on insurance cards issued by insurance companies and assistance companies, which the agreement for medical services is signed with.
2. Our hospital provides out-patient and in-patient medical care in a frame of the programs foreseen by insurance companies.
3. Services, not covered by insurance program, are paid out of pocket by the patient.
4. When first visit the patient has to provide to a manager or register staff /staff of admission unit:

• Insurance card;
• Identification document;
• Referral of doctor from штыгктсу company, if it is foreseen by the insurance program.

• At each following visit the patient should provide:

·         insurance card;

·         ID.
